Reservation of Time

As an Owner in the Flexible Ownership Program, you will have two months for your exclusive use annually. How you choose that time is up to you. Below are three options when choosing your vacation time of Flexible Ownership:

1. 100% Flexible Time

This option is the most affordable and allows the Owners the most flexibility and variety in their Vacation use.

2. 50% Flexible Time & 50% Fixed Time

This option is also affordable and allows the Owners to have both some flexibility and also fixed times to best accommodate their desires and schedules. There is a 5% premium for this option.

3. 100% Fixed Time

This option is less affordable and offers no flexibility and is for Owners who want the same vacation time year after year. There is a 10% premium for this option.

Reserving time will be done on a rotational basis annually. In the first year, each Owner will reserve 30 days of their time in the first round in the order in which they invested into the Property. In the second round, each Owner who invested in 100% Flexible Time will reserve the remaining 30 days of their time in the reverse order of the first round. In each following year with rotation, each Owner will move up the list for reserving time.
